Day 75. Survived.

I was awakened by the strong winds hitting our windows this morning. I knew right away it was the tail of the typhoon Juan hitting the metro giving me a gloomy morning to start work.

As I travel to go to work, memories of Ondoy came rushing to me in a flash. The experience I went through last year became more vivid as I scanned through the pictures and videos available online of how Juan ravaged North Luzon.

If there was one good thing that Typhoon Ondoy left me, that’s when flood came and it reminded me of waves.

Waves have its ups and downs, highs and lows. But what I really like about waves? They rise again, after every fall.

Much like what I have been trying to do since then.
