I was freshman high school when I always see to it that Friday nights are always “morphin time” nights.
I would be glued to the TV screen, amazed with the team of 5 (later became 6) making ways to beat the villain who resides in the Moon who enjoys plaguing Angel Grove with monsters.
I watched the movie version of this series over lunch. And it reminded me of the younger me wanting to be the blue ranger—the one who I can identify myself with.
Of course, I didn’t become a Power Ranger. But they inspired me to beat the odds and be a ‘hero’ in my own little ways.
“Go, go POWER RANGERS!”
